Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  
  

Shipping & Delivery

Within Abuja

• Delivery takes 1 – 2 business days after your order is ready.
  
  

Outside Abuja (Within Nigeria)

• Delivery takes 4 – 5 business days after your order has been shipped out.
  
  

Important Notes

• You will be notified of your order’s progress via email.

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or extra charges from the courier.

• Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review the product description and gallery carefully before making a purchase to ensure you select the style and colour you want.

Refunds

We only offer refunds if:

• You receive the wrong item, or

• Your item arrives damaged.

Cancellations

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. For this reason, order cancellations are not accepted. Kindly ensure you have made a final decision before completing your purchase.
